Purpose of this site

Inmersy provides online language learning through AI-assisted practice, structured lessons and progress review by a qualified teacher. Use of the service is governed by our Terms of Service, and personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The course content, lesson scripts, audio, illustrations, brand names and software that make up Inmersy belong to the operator or are used under licence. You may use them for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell or republish them without written permission.

Dispute resolution

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and we have not resolved a complaint to your satisfaction, you may submit it through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Nothing here removes the protection you are entitled to under the consumer law of your own country of residence.
